I have a 2003 Searay 280 Sundancer. I installed the 3 batteries and none of the lights work or the gauges

The Boat will start and the sump pumps will work but the fan to clean out the engine doesn't work the gauges don't work and the lights don't work . What could be the problem ? I don't know what to do ?

Most probable reason is a loose connection, either a positive or a negative one. Of course first thing to check is the fuses or circuit breakers.
