honda 50 hp 4-stroke

motor runs good for 20-30 minutes then it acts like it is struggling for fuel or missing. runs rough dies and then you can start it up and it will run a little way6s and then start acting up again. We have changed spark plugs , fuel filter, and motor oil. what other things can I look for. Please advise.
