Force 125 1989

I bought this Bayliner and force for dirt cheap, the motor is giving me some issues and nobody seems to be able to figure it out. I had all new fuel lines, fuel pump, Lower unit serviced, water pump and housing, compression checked, carbs checked and adjusted. So here's the problem, it bogs out when I give it throttle and won't get on plane, then after an hour or so of jumping from fishing spot to spot running slow, it starts to spit and sputter then will run, run rough but it gets out of the hole and runs fast as it should. Someone said to change the prop out, but I have a hard time believing that. One mechanic said it's the ignition system. I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Check spark on all cylinders to see if they all have the same strong spark. Not sure about force but on yamaha the cdi controls the spark on certain cylinders and if bad it runs on only about 2500 rpm and sometime after running awhile it might kick in and run full speed
