Force Outboard Tilt Trim

Recently bout this boat was told the tilt trim was rebuilt, looks like a new motor but the tilt cylinder is leaking around the ram. Can anyone provide me with a seal kit number or tell the oil seal size(o.d.Xi.d.Xthickness) & material of the seal inside the cap? Number for the spanner tool would be appreciated as well.
