Engine starts, but runs rough & stutters as engine speed increases. the engine stutters then kicks in running at higher RPM's then stutters again, then back to running at higher RPM's again. Idle is ok but underload to stutters and kicks in the stutters.
I have cleaned the carb & all jets several times with no success.
Plugs are OK as well as good gas with no water.
Help.
