Evinrude 115 hp 1979

My motor runs great out of the water but when we are under a load and I throttle it it will die. I’ve changed the fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel pump. Still acts the same way. Now, once I do get it going & on plane it will run all day long. Also has new plugs & compression is 77psi on each cylinder.
