Electronic throttle for a 20ft Four Winns?

Do you know if anyone makes a side mount electronic throttle for a 2007 20ft Four Winns? My throttle has always been sticky just above the lowest idle. So when we are in the channel and need to go just a few hundred RPMs faster, it is very difficult to push the cable slightly faster without it then going to fast. Maybe that's a fixable issue with a better cable of better throttle, I'm not sure?

I thought if it wasn't too expensive and someone makes a side mount electronic throttle, I would go that route. Does anyone have any recommendations?
