Engine indicated low coolant level whilst running, then stated to check engine quickly after. Stopped to idle, lifted hatch to find steam and smoke plus remnants of aux belt. Coolant in the bilge.
Later early investigation seems to indicate the engine is scrap on 120 hours run. How can this happen when there was no alarm ever re water temp or an overheating exhaust, just the coolant level to catastrophic in very short time.
