Motor starts and runs fine. When I get it up on plane, it runs good for 2-3 minutes and starts losing RPMs. If is slow down to idle for a few minutes, I am able to go to higher rpms again for a few minutes.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem do this in order until problem is corrected

1-check your gas tank air vent and make sure its open.
2-check your gas line for blockage and check to see if the gas bulb is firm or collapsed.
3- clean carbs
