I Replaced both fuel pumps and boat starts up, idles well and in neutral I can raise the RPM quickly without any problem, but as soon as I put a load on it the engines bogs down and almost dies. The pressure on the high side was only 40psi. I've been told it has to be 50 to 60. Could this caused starvation under a load? Troy
