I have a 1991 Four Winns Horizon 190 that recently had a shift cable installed and a carb job done. The carb job fixed the flooding issue but my reverse worked fine before they put the shift cable in. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated....it goes into reverse and revs up with increased throttle but doesn’t move very much regardless of throttle when in reverse.
