115 four stroke 2015

I have been having this problem for awhile. Everything was fine and then out of no where my engine begins to lose power. It will run fine and then its like it can't get gas. It will begin to make a high pitch squealing sound from the drivers side of the engine. The engine dies and I can only go 4 mph. After it sits for awhile it will run for a short bit but then does it again. I have it all on video including the noise from the engine.
